Coral Springs went up in planned phases instead of growing one lot at a time, and that changes how this work goes. A garage unit pulls warm damp air across a cold coil and sweats the plenum and the surrounding drywall. An attic unit puts a condensate pan and drain line directly above finished ceilings, and a slow drip there shows as a bedroom stain long after the framing above it went wet. Put impact windows and a tighter envelope on a house that was built to leak a little, and small failures stop drying themselves out.
